New High - New Low Market Index for IBovespa

I'm just arriving in the MQL5 Community, I live in Brazil and here we don't have the New High - New Low Market Index Published by the Brazilian Stock Market BOVESPA.

Is it possible to implement this index in the MT5? Or do you have it implemented for another market that could be adapted to the Brazilian Market?

Hi Paulo, do you have the right equation for this?

I did a search about and found this: 

Record High Percent = {New Highs / (New Highs + New Lows)} x 100 

High-Low Index = 10-day SMA of Record High Percent  

Anyway, now that we have a portuguese mql5 idiom version, I suggest you post this need there.
