If you are running on Vista or Windows 7 it is probably a UAC issue . . . the easiest solution is to install in a directory other than Program Files . . . . for example, C:\MT4Installs\

It definitely is doing weird shit on my setup. Just changing from one chart to another (8 charts with just one full size) occasionally leaves a random window frame behind.
