I assume that is an image of Windows 2003 Server installation ? I have Windows Server 2003 on CD why would I have an image ? and why would you run Server 2003 on your VPS ? it's an expensive option.

Hello I have some questions, requests, and issues I would like to be solved regarding the following articles on this article here:

I'm trying to follow the instructions but I have the following problems:
1.) The file w2k3.img at http://fileshare.in.ua/20222 is not anymore there. Please re-upload and update the download link(s) or share it here.
2.) WinSCP is not there but it is downloadable on other sites but please update also the link(s).
3.) I tried logging in at my server using WinSCP but I can't an error occurs saying:
"Cannot initialize SFTP protocol. Is the host running a SFTP server?".
No such error occurs while using Putty. How can I fix this?
