How do I make my first EA?

I have been reading the documentation and examples but so far nothing helped me.

I want to make an EA that buys EUR/USD at 1.30 and sells it at 1.40, automatically, every time that currency reaches those prices.

Just reading is not enough. You need to write something. Start off easy and make an EA that displays the spread by using the Comment function.
