script to change the chart height ?!

Greetings,

Definition:
chart height - the value that changes when you hold the Left_Mouse_Mutton while pulling upwards or downwards on the right edge of the chart window.

I am searching for a way to write a script that will set the height of my chart.

From looking at the available functions, it seems they all return values but none is setting the values

Is there a function to set the minimum and maximum of the chart window?
