Great . . . but that isn't what you want to do. You don't want to add anything to the chart you want to add it to the window where you set the Indicator parameters . . . the example you posted initially is a MetaTrader Indicator . . . and more specifically it is not a "Custom Indicator" it is an Indicator built in to MT4.
