Virtual Trading Desktops (VPS) and GEO Location Overall Effect.

I am running my metatrader on a virtual server that is located a few blocks from the NYSE, found it here http://bit.ly/vhywEl

I was not sure if the GEO location of the server had much effect on the trading as the application is now running much faster from my old host.

Not sure if the change in host or the new geo location of the desktop had the effect. This may change how I run the applications going forward. I was thinking there must be some reason most of all the "big boys" are located in offices next to or by the major exchanges.

Whats everyone's thoughts on GEO location of your virtual desktops and its overall effect?

This might Help.

it's doesn't matter, the fact you're going from your place to the VPS, VPS goes to your broker, your broker goes to the bank or whatever u losing the effect
