EA that needs correcting due to programmer

Hi guys,
I posted a job here to check an EA and add a filter as my programmer has disappeared. It appears as though the code is pretty confused. Although it does the job when i test it htere are some inaccuracies with it. I would appreciate if anyone could help me with this by at least telling me if they can fix the code based on the specification and how much it would cost.

It was the first time i have used MQL5 and generally i find people most helpful but i am slightly disappointed.
