Tools uncheck when I close MT4

When I close MT4 and start it up again, I have to go into the tools menu and check all of the tools that I want to have on the screen. What could be causing this?

The profile your using is not getting saved when you close. Force a save in the files menu.

Close the terminal and delete the config\terminial.ini

Your charts will remain but their position will not. Rearrange everything to your liking, then exit for force a new file to be written.
