I have already studied this article - thank you. I have somewhat more complicated criteria for selecting test results, taking into account the specifics of the strategy, and I am still on MT4....

Apparently, the only way out is to make two programs (Expert Advisor) for MT4 and MT5, one for work and the other for optimisation....

MT4 also has OnTester, you can calculate your criteria there. Two Expert Advisors for different platforms will most likely work with different quotes, so optimising for one will give only approximately suitable (and maybe not very suitable) results for the second one.
 
In the error code, ReportInExcel does not compile.
CheckTradingPermission should return bool, but an attempt is made to return int.
