i might have forex fraud

i have forex broker

but suddenly i can't contact to broker

no phone answer,no e-mail answer

even no withraw fund from my account

i think this fraud, what do i have to do...please someone help me!!

If it is a US broker and is not an NFA member then you were already scammed. All US brokers must be NFA members. Sorry to hear of your loss, you will probably never see a dime of your deposited money again.

Chong, this is not a regulated market, this is why doing your research and going with well trusted brokers is strongly suggested. In your case, you may be out of luck. If you have the address of the broker, you could contact the local authorities to that broker and have them investigate. Good luck on the results.

Er, it is a regulated activity in many, many countries. It's just not a centralised market. Most of the major MT4/5 brokers are registered with a financial regulator somewhere. Even where there's no regulation of forex broking, it's still generally against the law to take someone's money and disappear into the hills.
