Can anyone write an EA for sending the positions in metatrader and changes to yahoo Messenger's ID or a list of IDs???

I haven't used this library myself, I only wanted to point you towards this because it seems the most obvious solution. The Miranda messenger supports the Yahoo protocol so theoretically if you have installed Miranda and set it up for your Yahoo account and can send messages through Miranda it should be possible to use this library. Maybe you should contact the author of this lib for further assistance.
