how to change the time setting on any account?

Hi there, could anyone please tell me how i can change the time setting on my account. I live in england which is GMT zone, but the market watch is one hour in front.

So what time zone is it set in?
 

It depends on the timezone of your broker. Search on google for "[The name of your broker] GMT offset", that should tell you.
