all charts got reset to plain 1h euro charts?

hey there,

I am using a mt4 demo from broco, and since 2 weeks I have the following problem:

I open mt4 and once in a while ALL my charts my actual profile have been reset to 1h eur charts. all settings, objects etc that I use have been reset. any idea why this is happening? It happend the 3rd time now.

Sorry most members are off during the weekends. Broco is a strange dealer in deed. I'll recommend re-directing your question to them directly. My guess is that they're going through some changes but I don't use that dealer and cannot say for sure.
