hmmm.. think its something like this

Simple Moving Average (22 periods) of RSI(22 periods)

 
So what does this have to do with Meta Stock?

oh.. coz i got this indicator from metastock.. and i wanna use it in metatrader too..

metastock simply just key in the formula and u can get the indicator alr.

metatrader cant.. thats y i need some help from some pros over here...

Both RSI and Moving Average Indicators come built-in with MetaTrader. What do want to code exactly? Why don't u just use them?
