No. You do need to keep your MT4/MT5 running though . . .

Yes, possible. A lot of people are using VPS. But to know all the particularities - you can make a search for some threads and one articles about here for example.

I have a vps. on the vps, I had a couple of robots.
Now I would like to receive signals there. the device is the same as without vps? then there should be no problems.
