Can You explain what is UAC?

This been problem from time to time after normal installation MT4 and and nothing change (only files from "MetaTrader 4" to mt4)

Yesterday a reinstall system and install new MetaTrader 4 normal and nothing change.

Do You thing its help me ?

But when i off UAC its will be ok? it's not dangerous ?

I install MT4 outside of C:\Program Files

In my case, on partition M:\

This helps avoid "issues" with Vista/Win7

I doing also and turn off UAC please look in attach.

Still has been a critical error

 
What are you doing when the error occurs?
EX4 compiled with older versions can cause a crash.
