C/++ similarities ?
Hey guys, I was just wondering, how close to C/++ is MQL4? I have no programming experience but I'm looking to get an EA coded. Would it be worth calling a freelance computer programmer specializing in C/++?
As an experienced software developer familiar with a number various platforms and programming languages I'd say that MQL code looks pretty similar to C program. The difference comes with trading and indicator functionality and it's not related to the coding itself. There is no way to develop a reliable MQL application without digging deeply into that functionality as it's notorious for its issues.
