help on EA no open order

pls can someone help me on this EA i actually am just learning programming from this site but this is my first EA attached it does not open order. pls is anything wrong with it? and if yes pls help me on it

Usual stuff:-

1) Are there any errors seen in the Experts or Journal tabs?

2) Does it backtest with orders?

3) Add Print statements like this at various points

Print ("Got to line 69");

4) Also add Print to output variable values like

Print ("S1: ", DoubleToString(SignalCurrent1, 4), " S2: ", DoubleToString(SignalCurrent2, 4);

pls can you help me to fix those errors by editing it and re- attached the correct one because when i did what you said the software was in-active when i attached it this means i didnt get it right pls just help my editing it and reattached the correct one thanks
