How can i get charts for Ags,metals and bonds?

hello, i downloaded the free alpari version of MT4 client terminal, however i can only get access to forex charts and data- is tehre a way i can get access to Ags,metals and bonds?

To forestall possible further questions... only available on some brokers. However, Alpari are among the brokers who offer gold and silver.
