It is probably because the spread is changing.

The solution is to disconnect the MT4 before optimizing

There are a quite a number of steps you need to take to ensure consistent results from the strategy tester.

All well documented. Suggest a quick google.

Depends what broker you use. Variable spreads change from tick to tick on my Alpari-UK account.
