It's quite easy, you need to code an indicator or EA to write to file the OHLC's for a predefined numbers of candles (you ain't gonna' send years of history, only the current window), that file should have the formatting required by the web charting provider (a Flash chart for example, but you have other choices as well). Then either send the file to your web server FTP, or install the MT directly on your host if allowed.
You need some average programming experience to do this.

Does OHLC mean Open-High-Low-Close ? Could you please explain the way to do it in more detail?
