You could have a look at this thread, from memory it elicited some reasonably sensible responses.

One thing's for sure - sensible comments aren't often seen to emanate from the author.

Well he sees all your orders and knows your profitability across the account, what do you think?!

Maybe my brokers used to bet against me, but they sure dont now :D
