MetaTrader 4.0 with Crossover on the Mac

Let's face it, virtualization software is no fun. I am happily using MetaTrader on my Mac using a program called Crossover: http://www.codeweavers.com/

Everything works fantastic and quickly and it is MUCH faster than running in an emulated environment in Parallels. However, a problem has recently developed. new builds (past 218) have enabled a security feature called nProtect which is completely incompatible with Crossover. Problems occur specifically with a file called oreans.vxd

Because of this it seems that I will never be able to update my copy of MetaTrader! Is there and news from the MQL4 labs about future compatibility with MetaTrader & Crossover? Is this an issue that can easily be rectified?

Thanks for your help!

You're lucky. Because I use a PowerPC based Mac, I've been running MT4 on Windows XP on VirtualPC. The latest build I can use is 208 as any later builds I've tried crash on startup.
