How can I connect to my Interactive Brokers account? It says to enter a server name but I don't know how to obtain that, nor do I see how to enter it.

Sorry, I can't see anything on the link you provided (my browser probably ruin my browsing again), so if you could just attach it.
If you want to add broker, please read MT5 Data. AFAIK, Interactive Broker does not provide trading using MT5, though I think you should ask that to them, and so you can't use MT5 for Interactive Broker.
