What's the legality of using Mt4 free indicators in an ea and then selling the ea? Is it legal to do so?

The reason why you can sell EAs or indicators which are created with other free to use MT4 indicators, is because when you create somethink then it is like your own creation, or your idea.

It is maybe like creating a website with free to use HTML and PHP and then selling it for a price.

An indicator available in Source Codes ?

you must obey the indicator's license. Every indicator is ruled by a license.

I think it should be dependent on the broker you use, you should ask them to see if they would allow it.
