Optimization Problem
That might happen if your EA doesn't place any orders. Also, the recent MT4 versions seem to discard some optimization results based on unknown criteria. I guess small losses are discarded, but I'm not sure.

Not sure when this problem arose, but of late I cannot optimize any EA on any of my 3 computers and using 3 different Metatrading platforms (ODL, IBFX and the MQL4). I've cleared the history file and re-downloaded as well as going to Alpari and downling their history files and importing. Below is an excerpt of the issue.

2008.09.20 05:23:23 EA_SHARK4.0_ULTIMATE: optimization stopped
2008.09.19 23:14:06 EA_SHARK4.0_ULTIMATE: optimization started
2008.09.19 23:13:29 EA_SHARK4.0_ULTIMATE: loaded successfully
Any ideas or help you could give would be greatly appreciated.
