is metatrader able to trade this indicator automatically?

hi there,

i have a simple question for everybody who is good in programming. is it able to trade this indicator automatically?

i want to buy if close crosses over highest high (yellow) and close buy if close is crossing under dashed signal line (yellow dashes)

i want to sell if close crosses under lowest low (blue) and close sell if close is crossing over dashe signal line (blue dashes)

Can anybody help me with this?

EA program do tead works, indicators indicates on screen.
