Need help with a simple DLL

I need to be able to buy from the command line. I want to run a command that will buy 1 lot of EURUSD

after I type it in. I was told that this can be done with a DLL. Can someone please help?

I actually need to buy from Excel, but Excel VBA has a function called Shell where I can call

a Dos command.
