HELP... Insert indicators custom not updated...

I notice that selecting from the menu "Insert - Indicators - Custom", my custom indicator list is not updated compared to what I see in the editor and it is getting bigger and bigger even indicators are deleted and refreshed in the editor.

How can I update/refresh the list in the menu?

use Navigator instead of Insert.

Thanks, but this does not seem to help, I still see all the indicators like in "Insert"...

OK, I managed to sort it out.

Show all, in the editor allows deleting .ex4 files also.

And in Navigator you have to delete indicators that no longer exist.

So, at the end the list, also in INSERT is OK.

Still it seems there is no good synchronistaion in the program...
