Alert Window: How can I re-open it?

Change the problem?
Use the Print command so you can see the text of the event in the Journal & revisit there until its cleared out.
You could Alert & Print to have <best of both>?

I would like to be able to re-open the "ALERT" pop-up window anytime after I close it so that, when needed, I can check back the message originally displayed in there.
Is this possible and, if so, how can I do it?
