A question from a newbie

I have written my first expert advisor. It doesn't seem to be working. There is a COMMENT statement that should be putting something in the upper left hand corner of the chart. It is not. It did the last time I loaded the EA onto my chart. Now it isn't. Is there some kind of setting in MetaTrader 4 that stops COMMENTs from being displayed. It is the only thing I can think of. The code has not changed.

Thats what we all think when something stops working :)


If the market is closed, then there will be no tick data to drive the start function in your EA?

If its not just this, then post the code & see what we can suggest
