History Center Download Function

When using the MetaTrader MT4 build 211 History Center download function, is the data adjusted in anyway according to which broker is being used ?? Assuming that 2 brokers with different server time and both are using the same History Center download data source, will the downloaded data be identical as to Open-High-Low-Close values for each bar or adjusted in some way ??

Hi Wackena, good showing on the Contest.

The Download function downloads a history from Metaquotes (ultimate source unknown) and

bears no relation to any individual Dealer's charts in price or time (IMHO).

It gives you a warning to that effect.

You can try it out, there is no harm in later deleting everything in the History folder and starting over,
if you wipe it all it is rebuilt from your Dealer.

Or, copy the contents of your current history for safekeeping, and then play.
