Get the seconds from the actual bar

Hello,

is it possible to get the seconds from the actual bar which ist shown in the chart? If yes with which function? I have tried somthings but always for seconds there is shown the last seconds from the servertime or zero.

All bars start with 00 seconds, however, the new bar is not displayed until/unless a new quote is received.

Then I must use the server Time, but in the strategietester modus the sever time dont brings.

I need this because some bars at least just at the end of its time beginn to move a little bit.
