the Refresh feature in Metatrader does not redraw the chart or any indicator on the chart. It refreshes the ticks coming into the chart data. If your indicator is not drawing to the end of the chart or seems to not adjust correctly to the data you are probably using too many bars in your plotback setting of the indicator. Change it to 500 or 600 bars at the most. Then your indicator will draw correctly and to the end of the chart every time.
