need help..on alerting

hi all,
i am using interbank FX demo account mostly for signals...
i know how to put alert on some indicator,but what i don´t know (nee your help)is how to write code wich will alert me if for example three conditions are met:
for example:
1.price touches one m. average(or even better--price is near that average..5 pips or similar)
2.in last 5 periods price was at least once lower than one indicator(lower bollinger band) and price is now above that indicator
3.and at last...CCI indicator was and is still positive in last 5 periods
if one of those conditions is not met...there is no alarm message(or sound--this is better)
alarm is on only if ALL three conditions are met
