Optimization Problem

When testing an EA, I go to the "Expert properties" button, then click on the Optimization tab, when I check the box and change the Minmum Margin level % from the default 30 to a higher value like 250, I still get optimized results that show my margin level % going under 250. That function doesn't seem to be working. I want to filter out all results that go below 250% margin level.
