Get Bar Time on Hover

In MetaTrader, if I hover over a bar on my chart, the status bar gives me information about that bar - H, L, O, C, T, etc. Is there a way to programmatically get that information when a user hovers over the bar? For instance, if the user hovers over a bar, I get it's time and display it as a comment in the window.

No, but you can use "Data Window" (Ctrl+D)and get values of attached indicators .
