How do I tansfer an EA (along with its current open positions) to a new computer?

I'm currently running a EA that has several open trades.  I'd like to transfer the open trades and the EA to a new computer without having to close all of the trades and re-initiate the positions on the new computer.  Is there any easy way to do this?

Positions can be seen from any computer. Restart EA on a new computer and have it find them.
Good EA needs to have algorythm to restore itself and all the current positions on restart.
