of course, yes! another thing, stringo, with "day trader" EA i had eur and gbp on since yesterday and it triggered no trade.  is this normal, considering the big move it made?

and empty log after start???

check free hard disk space, check your permissions to create files in the client terminal directory
 
sorry for my ignorance but where is the client terminal directory? btw, i have 75% free space on my hard disk space: 55gb.
 
It is directory You've installed client terminal in. For instance C:\Program Files\MetaTrader 4
 
Please expose messages written in the tester log (Journal tab of the Tester window) after start testing
 
i think the problem was that i had to have the "laguerre" indicator in the indicator folder
 
what the messages output to the tester log?
