Set Stop-Utility

I search for an aplication, that close all open positions, if my total equity of the account reaches an amount.

For example: I start with 100usd. And I want to stop all orders, if the amount go below 80USD.

And I want to take profit, and close all orders, if the amount reaches 200USD.

Also it should stop all my EA's that are working on different charts.

Please integrate a setting for %, level of amount and distance of points.
