Automation assistance needed

LONG POSITION (not possible when already short a position):

Buy 10,000 EUR/USD (1 mini-lot) at market when the 9period EPA (exponential moving average) crosses above the 100 period EPA.

Sell with a trailing stop of 10%.  If profit is less than 10% then I want to sell out at the market.

SHORT POSITION (not possible when already long a position):  

Buy 10,000 EUR/USD (1 mini-lot) at market when the 9period EPA (exponential moving average) crosses below the 100 period EPA.

Buy back with a trailing stop of 10%.  If profit is less than 10% then I want buy back at the market.
