Chat Module on Laravel / PHP / Ajax

We need this in less than 24 hours...
Talk to me ONLY if you are able to comply the time needed

We need the following:

1. to communicate 1 on 1
2. to make a group chat
3. to make a web-service for the chat
4. to see who is connected, offline, or busy
5. to change status to connected, offline, or busy
6. to see the last message and see which user sent it (much like fb style)
7. it has to interact with the database and save all chat messages
8. to be able to see chat history


Everything running under Laravel & ajax.
We will provide full design of the chat
