Convert two MT4 Indicators to MT5

This job is to covert two MT4 indicators to MT5.

The indicators should work/function the same in MT5 as they do in MT4.

I am to be provided with and retain the source (uncompiled) MT5 code at project completion.

I have attached the source code for the MT4 indicators.

Indicator 1 - PerfectDraw

- Creates a rectangle or line on the chart by clicking on the indictor panel

- The indictor panel defines the colors and styles of the rectangles and lines

- The indicator can extend a rectangle or line to the right

- The indictor can straighten a line

- The indicator can alert (though I do not use this)

Indicator 1 - Watch List

- Creates a symbol watch list

- The symbol watch list state (color) can be in one of three states: Active (added to the watch list), Pending (there is a pending order on the symbol), Trade (there is a trade on that symbol)

- Clicking on a watch list symbol takes you to that chart/tab
