Harmonic Pattern Scanner

I need someone who can make harmonic pattern scanner with candlestick patterns. Web based application which pulls data from tradingview. Example website is harmonocpattern.com and harmonics.app which uses similar solution.  Web app should have patterns notification over telegram, email. App should draw support and resistance lines. Additional to this I need someone who can build website on a domain with affiliate login page, payment gateway and all what is needed to have qebsite running with harmonic pattern application.
