Spezifikation

I need a simple project to collect data from MT5 to SQLite Database. 

The operation of the program is simple. I run the indicator on any chart, e.g. EURUSD, M1. The procedure must establish a connection to the database and check if there is a table for the symbol. If it does not exist, then it must create it.

Then checks the date of the last entry in the database. From this date, it begins to save data from subsequent candles to the current candle. The last entry (row) in the database should be updated.

Each new tick on chart causes update in database.
