New function for an excisting EA

I have an EA with a martingale system.

I have a filter there that only opens a new position if the indicator gives the ok and the price comes back into our target.

Then the EA opens the second  position.

and so on ...

now i want that the ea dont open the position witch is near the difference in pips

for example:

the second position should be open after 10 pips and the third after 20 pips 

if we are now 22 pips away and the filters says open next position - it opens the third instead the second position.
