Ctrader to MT4 Trade Copier

CTRADER TO MT4 COPIER

I require a program that will duplicate trades placed on the CTRADER platform across onto the MT4 platform. Both accounts are hosted on the same server with the same broker and Owned by the same account holder.

Information to be copied includes 

Pending orders with TP/SL and lot size

Manually placed orders with TP/SL and lot size

Any changes to the SL/TP values of pending and active orders made on the ctrader platform 

The program will be used for both scalping and long term trading strategies so will require a very fast copy response rate.
