I am capturing LIVE rates of some 500 plus symbols on my DB from MT4. I need now the following 

I need to create a dummy terminal where one can BUY and SELL. 

1. ORDER BOOK
2. TRADE BOOK 
3. POSITIONAL PAGE

so that a user can put the order if the Rate of the symbol reach. or something like that.
