Если ты родился раньше 1960 года, то ты и сам прекрасно помнишь происхождение этого выражения, ибо не забывается такое никогда. А вот последующие поколения уже были лишены счастья наблюдать за противостоянием США и Китая на рубеже 50–60-х годов XX века.

Когда в 1958 году Китай, возмущенный тем, что авиация и флот США поддерживают Тайвань, опубликовал свою гневную ноту, названную «Последнее предупреждение», мир вздрогнул от ужаса и затаил дыхание в ожидании третьей мировой. Когда спустя семь лет Китай издавал уже четырехсотую ноту под тем же самым названием, мир выл от восторга. Так как, кроме бумажек с грозными словами, Китаю нечего было противопоставить Штатам, Тайвань все же сохранил независимость, которую Пекин не признает до сих пор.

ECN Forex Broker

ECN stands for electronic communications network. ECNs originated from the equities world and were used in stock trading in the US many are familiar with Archipelago ECN and Island ECN. The same concept is now used in the Forex trading world.
